I just told the person who was sad some items that sold out that she can still find them and that while a great SA would be helpful they're not all necessarily going to be and that she can find out a lot from the forums.

Not sure why you need to make it a point to say I don't have an 'excellent S.A' and that you do as if I didn't already know? It's not going to make me feel bad, if that's the goal. I don't need one. Not everyone does.

I'm trying to make you see that I never said 100% of people are great sales reps. You're the one that's not understanding. What kind of S.A. you have makes zero difference to me. What kind of S.A. I have matters to me. There is a lot of reps that work for Coach who are excellent. Some aren't. Just like life.

Question: are the kisslock satchels listed as "coming soon" on the website actually coming soon (i.e., they're doing another run) or are they sold out? The ones that we know of that are actually sold out just don't appear at all on the site anymore, but these do...

Good question, I think it could go either way, many of them will probably be available to buy on the site but if you want to be safe call them up and check on the quantities and availability. You can even order them now if you wish to.

I know the turquoise with rivets is totally sold out. The rest are either all sold out at JAX and have to be fulfilled from a store or there a just a couple left in JAX such as the brown with flowers or bows (sorry I can't remember the exact pattern). There is no back order date for these satchels. That was the inventory as of this past Saturday evening. I'm sure there'll be some returns.

Interesting. Do you know if they were available for purchase on the site? Or did they sell out over the phone? I don't remember now if I saw them for sale online. It's a bit weird it says 'coming soon' for these but the other sold out ones were taken down completely.

My guess this too will be taken down. My SA already told me it wasn't coming to our store. She was going to order for me but I am sure she can't if it never becomes available!

All the satchels? I expected at least some of them to stay for the season but it seems like they just made one batch of them as runway pieces. Perhaps they didn't expect them to be popular? They might be a bit niche for non hardcore purse fans but still. Hopefully no one here misses out and can still track down some of the satchels they're interested in.
