I visited one of my outlets just the other day and sometimes they will have a few pieces of retail items on a wall towards the front of the store, but it's mainly two or three items and generally not any items that are not still carried in the retail stores and on sale. However, like others have stated, if I ask if they have retail stuff in the back, they tend to always have at least a few things. Nothing like the days of past, but they do tend to have a handful of things. An SA that I have asked has said that they don't get near the deletes that they used to. They indicated that the retail stores just continue to keep them online & on sale rather than sending them to the outlets.
 
So I learned something new and upsetting yesterday. I was calling around to find a chalk Luna and two stores that had one were outlets. BOTH outlets told me the item was ringing up for full price despite being in the semi annual sale for half off. No thank you.

I have been a longtime customer of coach and now am extremely disappointed.

Two of my most recent orders, I have had the wrong item shipped to me!

The first order, I was sent a floral applique, when I had ordered a bag charm (the rogue mini, which is a BAG!) The retail coach store at square one sympathesized and refunded me.

This time my husband tried to refund a pair of shoes in 7.5, but the shoes inside the box was actually a size 6!!!!? This time the coach store at square one would not take back the item and customer service insisted they be returned at the outlet. MORE THAN 20MIN OUT OF THE WAY.

This is extremely poor customer service and I cannot believe how poorly the online shopping experience has been.

I cannot recommend that anyone purchase anything from the coach outlet online. As it seems that coach does not stand behind their products anymore.

That is so annoying! All of the effort for nothing.
 
Huge drop of items from SAS to Outlet reserve section last night. A lot sold out but there are still some deals to be found. Unfortunately, there are many items marked as "final sale" so you can't return if you get a damaged/defective one.

Has anyone grabbed some of the Halloween items? I am sorely tempted by the bear charms. Love some of the bags too, but the charms always get me.
Yes I was so excited to order 2 Halloween zip pouches (one for my me and one for my mom’s birthday) and one mummy bear charm (so adorable!) on Oct 1st but they still haven’t shipped. :crybaby:I reached out to them twice and was told they should ship “soon” but no luck yet. Apparently they’re coming from NV and there’s some issue there they’re trying to figure out. Meanwhile all my items are sold out now and I’m just hoping they ship eventually.:panic:I checked here wondering if anyone else was having a problem receiving their orders too.

The NV issue seems to be happening to a lot of people. I think the items that ship from anywhere else ship quickly, for example I had a retail strap that came from FL like they all used to and it came quickly. But a bag from NV took two weeks a little while back just to initiate shipping.

Wow thank you so much for responding! I’m hoping I still receive the items although the one for my mom won’t make it in time for her birthday, but I’d rather get them late than not at all. I don’t understand why there’s a consistent shipping issue from this location that seems to be the norm - it’s really inexcusable. Glad to hear you finally received your bag though!
