Coach Factory bags made for outlet stores used to be identified by “F” then style numbers. Now I see “C”s in outlet bags. Some bags do not have a letter in the style ID. Coach.com also have bags with letter C and some without a letter in the style Id. Does anyone know what does “C” stand for? How do I know which bags are from the Coach retail vs. Coach factory made for outlet? Thanks so much.

I believe we heard awhile ago that Coach wants to make it more difficult for people to figure out what bags are made for outlet, so the F was going away. I have no idea what the C stands for.
 
Grr!! I placed an order on October 31st and it was in progress all this time, but still haven't shipped. I've chatted a few times a week with the reps to find out the ship status on the order ( still showed in progress), and requests were put in to ship it ASAP!!

Just now, today, I received a Canceled notification..argh! Almost more than 2 weeks later...:annoyed:
 
Oh no! I completely understand how that feels. The same thing happened to me. 4 items from my order got cancelled one day at a time over a span of a week. Its just the worst feeling when you are excited to receive something and wait for it and then they cancel the order. They have got to fix their online inventory system.

The same thing might be happening to me. Have not received shipping confirmation on an item I purchased on Oct 20. It’s still in stock so if it’s going to be cancelled I’d like to know now so I can repurchase while I can. I also feel like customer service isn’t very helpful. Emails back and forth are very generic and when I called today I got a different message than what was in the email.

You might get better results if you talk to someone over the phone. I've never had an item not ship in that length of time. If I'm going to get something, it usually ships within a few days, at most a week.

Oh no!! Yeah, customer service just kept telling me that I should be receiving a ship notification in 1 to 2 days, but of course nothing....
They really need to update their database inventory better! Gah!
