I just received the green turnlock yesterday. It’s so cute - it even surprised me with the adjustable strap (which I prefer). I swore the original picture on the product page had the photo of the strap knotted for a shorter length, but I went back to look and it was gone. Maybe I’m losing my mind? Haha

You're not losing your mind. Style 3010 has adjustable strap. You're thinking about 2905 which doesn't.
 
Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the outlet online sending an defective/incorrect item and having to send the item back. I am having a hard time with customer service as they can’t give me a prepaid label to send it back. They escalated the case and I’m still waiting to see if they will give me a label. I’ve never had these issues with other retailers before.

Usually if there is something wrong with it they will do a prepaid label. Hope it works out!

Hi, thank you for letting me know!! To me it’s an easy solution but I just don’t understand why they can’t help me. One rep was telling me to pay for the shipping and they will reimburse me back but honestly I don’t believe I should be out of pocket for something that’s not my fault. I’ll keep my fingers crossed!

That's ridiculous. I've gotten the wrong item and they immediately gave me a return label. I didn't have to pay anything.

If you called the Outlet toll free number, make another call to the other Coach number. 888.262.6224 I find that my calls not only get answered more quickly on this number but also get solved more easily. Call again. You shouldn't be out of pocket for their error and you will never get your money back if you pay for postage.
