I just received the green turnlock yesterday. It’s so cute - it even surprised me with the adjustable strap (which I prefer). I swore the original picture on the product page had the photo of the strap knotted for a shorter length, but I went back to look and it was gone. Maybe I’m losing my mind? Haha

I am having a hard time with customer service as they can’t give me a prepaid label to send it back. They escalated the case and I’m still waiting to see if they will give me a label. I’ve never had these issues with other retailers before.

Hi, thank you for letting me know!! To me it’s an easy solution but I just don’t understand why they can’t help me. One rep was telling me to pay for the shipping and they will reimburse me back but honestly I don’t believe I should be out of pocket for something that’s not my fault.
