Did yours come from a store or warehouse? I know JAX does that too, but a lot of people have had issues with the ones coming from stores, especially.

Came from a store. At least I'm assuming, it was from California.

Unfortunately over the years I have lowered my expectations when it comes to sales items and not only from coach.. Macy’s and Bloomingdales (more so) also seems to just throw items (missing straps, dents, scratches, etc.) in boxes especially when it comes to sales items… Hit or miss always…sad but the reality…

Bloomingdales recently burned me on a mango rambler I had wanted for forever. Sent it in terrible shape. I was so upset. I guess I expected more from them. We shouldn't have to play these games!

Im so jealous yours arrived in good shape. Mine did have the dust bag and hang tag which is a miracle but check out the dents and stitching. And the giant ziploc bag. Why Coach why?!? Its hard being so devoted to them when they send stuff out like this

There is a particular store in CA that has a lot of the bags and are sending them that wsy.

Thanks, I think I'm going to try that. My husband sent those pics earlier when I was at work, when I got home and checked her out myself I fell in love. I'm going to try and save her, hopefully adding a bit of weight to it will fix the creasing.

Yes Bloomingdales sent me a bag without the dust bag and a huge scrape on the side. They misunderstood my email and refunded my payment and sent me a return label. When I said I didn't want to return they charged a completely different credit card. Then when I asked why/how they charged my cc when I used PayPal they offered a $50 credit that never came. Over them.

Thanks to all who posted about the $4.25 water bottle. Its actually pretty nice. I picked up a couple for gifts and also got a couple of these turnlock card cases in cerise for $5 each. They'll make great stocking stuffers!

Ok, so I have an issue with this bottle... My parents used mine to put their strong coffee and I can't seem to get rid of the taste/smell even after washing it multiple times. My own beverage tastes like a combination of Coke + Black Coffee and it is making me sick. Have you started using yours yet, Holiday? Like for coffee? I wonder if yours has the same weird lingering smell/taste, too.

Does vinegar help at all to remove the smell or would that make it worse?

I agree. I have one S'well bottle just for coffee while the others are for water, etc.

Did yours arrive yet?

It did! UPS finally dropped it off around 8:15pm the night it was scheduled to arrive, crazy! It wasn't wrapped, just stuck in a giant ziplock bag in an even giant-er box, and the ziplock bag wasn't even zipped, so it was half out of the bag and just sliding around in the box, but miraculously, it was flawless, and even included a dustbag. I love it, and I'll take photos and post soon.

Sad I missed this. All that is left is the rainbow turnlock clutch 20 at 50% off. Still a good price but not the bag I wanted.
