Hmmm will need to pay attention but looks like they upgraded their website based on the recent look and feel from my iPad and phone (similar to coach.com website) Plus my wishlist was also cleared.
I think somewhat recently, but I kind of like it as you know before you check out the item has sold. You just have to checkout fast to get it. Lol.
All my items shipped from JAX today, fingers crossed they arrive in great condition now.

Woohoo! Finally got lucky with FOS! Cranberry and black harmony hobos arrived factory wrapped with dustbags and Dark Fairytale charm arrived without tags but in great shape.
When you all talk about the reserve, do you mean the reserve link that is visible for everyone to see on the coach outlet site? When I click on that, there is usually a limited selection of bags.
Or is there another, different reserve section set aside for coach members or customers to see? Thank you

Yes that is what they mean. The reserve section sometimes has more at weird times like the middle of the night so they are gone when most people get up in the morning, lol! So if you don't see much you are like the vast majority of us that miss the good stuff. Also keep in mind if you like a certain style of bag it doesn't hurt to search for it as they are known for hiding items from the obvious places sometimes. But lately that hasn't been doing much for me either.
Im so jealous yours arrived in good shape. Mine did have the dust bag and hang tag which is a miracle but check out the dents and stitching. And the giant ziploc bag. Why Coach why?!? Its hard being so devoted to them when they send stuff out like this

Unfortunately over the years I have lowered my expectations when it comes to sales items and not only from coach.. Macy’s and Bloomingdales (more so) also seems to just throw items (missing straps, dents, scratches, etc.) in boxes especially when it comes to sales items… Hit or miss always…sad but the reality…Im so jealous yours arrived in good shape.
