I love this one! I got it at the outlet a bunch of months ago and it was never on my radar until I realized it goes great with so many bags! I have the matching strap too. Woo hoo, Glad the order was fulfilled. Mine arrived today - this single charm in a giant box. Typical Coach where they will send a bag in those odd recycled envelopes, but a bag charm in a way too big box.
So pretty! No word yet on 2 of these charms I ordered (the color you received plus the blue one). They still say "backorder" and it has now been 12 days since I ordered. On another topic, I really hope the stores will open soon for the purpose of in-person returns/exchanges - the tea rose earrings I ordered arrived with literally no packaging... just stuck to a piece of styrofoam, and I actually did plan to gift them (yellow-toned gold isn't good with my skin color) so they will probably be going back. :-/
Ok, replying to my own post because I sucked it up and called CS today (and waited ~25 minutes to get someone) to find out what's going on. They said that the backorder items are not being canceled as of now, because they are in stock in stores that have not reopened yet. So I guess when the actual stores reopen the backordered items will be shipped. I'm still not 100% confident in receiving them, but I'm glad I called - hopefully this info helps others who might have backordered items too!
It was in the accessories section but is gone now. I had it in my cart briefly last night but couldn’t find much else I wanted so didn’t buy anything.
It is sold out now again. I am sure there weren't many left--as they sometimes just put items back on for small stock amounts and then they go quickly.
That’s weird. There are still plenty available at the Seattle Premium Outlet store. They’ll do a phone order for you. Style # is 90067 btw
