They used to do that to me, but I had them change it to damaged product if it was damaged. They didn't like it, but I insisted. I told them not to blame me for having to return something that was their fault.
I'm glad you got the adjustment. I tried not long ago and was told no. Oh well.
It is annoying, but I also try to look at it like this--some bags disappear quickly so if you don't jump on them you can't buy them because they sell out. Sometimes that means I pay a slightly higher price, but at least I know I got the item, and it was on sale. I also remind myself that I normally would not be conversing with several people about the same purchase and would have no idea the item became cheaper. So I haven't bought from the FOS in years, finally did when I saw the Cassie in midnight but now it says backorder. What does that mean?

My order for the kisslock still says backorder too. Perhaps they were anticipated to arrive from somewhere and it is taking longer. One of the red rogues said backorder last week but it shipped in a few days.
The other red rogue arrived and all I can say is it's a good thing I ordered two of each. The straps and handles were inside the outer pockets and must have been smashed so tight for so long that the pebble leather is actually smooth where the outline shows. No amount of stuffing will fix that. When I return them Coach will no doubt send them out to someone else. And the one prussian had no hangtag.

Funny you should say this. I got the Hawaiian Beechwood Camera bag from that same sale and mine came with tiny black smudge marks on the front. Came off with soapy water and some with just soft cloth buffing... I wonder what they did to these bags?
