I called CS about the dented Dreamer tote and they emailed a return label and let me buy a replacement for the discounted price. At first they wanted me to send back the other one and then they would ship a new one out but what if it showed up in worse shape? I will keep the one that looks best. I thought that was decent of them to do.

It might have been better if they made the flowers fuller using all those random ones that are strewn all over.

I just saw the metallic ones on eBay too. The color block one looks better than the one solid color metallic one. They all look like they are missing something to me. Maybe because they don't have the top handles?!? I'm keeping my money. I don't love these as much as I thought I would. I might try to buy a pre-owned one next year if they appeal to me then.. I don't see it happening and I love kisslock bags!
I like the metallic better, but it looks like crossgrain leather, which is my least favorite. I do like the 2 open compartments in addition to the kisslock, but the measurements make it so I doubt my phone would fit comfortably in an outer pocket. I'm guessing the price is $105 if they were 70% off, maybe less if you have a postcard... I think I'll put my $$ towards something else too. My store is doing a party tonight with $50 off $500 no exclusions so I may do a text order lol...i guess it depends if any good sale items are left in stock. SA had Marleigh's as of Tuesday, but she was off yesterday so waiting to see what colors are left. Plus there are some boots on my radar.

I got the tea rose snakeskin rogue today and I am underwhelmed but it might be because it looks very manhandled and the straps just jammed in the side pockets. Dirty suede in the pockets. No dust bag either. I have the second one coming that I got on cyber Monday for the better price. If it isn't in better shape I won't keep it. Too much $ for what looks like a used bag. So bummed.
