I ordered from FOS last week and they gave me a tracking number on the 26th, but UPS hasn’t seemed to pick it up yet. Is this typical or should I be giving them a call?

I am really surprised that many of the bags havent sold out, even some of the cheaper reserve items. I ordered the reserve card case for 22 dollars thinking it would sell out immediately and I was shocked to see it still available today.

It's really hard to find the reserve items! Especially something like a $22 cardholder - you can't just sort from high to low to find it. But, congrats on your awesome score!

Weird - I can find it right away by going to "Coach Reserve" and sorting low to high... The reserve section is under "what's new" if that helps!

Ah! Duh! Sometimes that option isn't available in the outlet website, so I have gotten in the habit of just not looking for it. Silly me.

Had this happen a few months ago. My package was delivered and the tracking info never updated. But if you’re worried about it, no harm in giving them a call.

Ah! Duh! Sometimes that option isn't available in the outlet website, so I have gotten in the habit of just not looking for it. Silly me.

Haha - understandable, since a lot of times it isn't there under the dropdowns! Also it is sometimes under "just launched" too so I always nose around to make sure... sneaky sneaky!

Thanks for the info. I got an update from Coach and UPS yesterday, both saying it will be delivered today- but tracking still shows no scans after Jacksonville... so strange! Fingers crossed it shows up today
