I hope something weird isn't going on. My order from this morning is listed as "order can't be found, try again later".
Probably IT related. I kept getting re-routed from my cart to the home page when trying to check out with my 2nd order and then kept getting the "your order can't be processed, please call CS to complete transaction." I finally logged in on PC and it went through.
 
So a week ago I bought the Rogue with Rivets (black/brass) from a boutique for 30% off - I paid $595 for it.
Now it is on the outlet site for 50 + 15 off - 361.25
I called the boutique to see if I need to return it to them and buy it from the outlet, or if they will just do a price adjustment.
The guy said he can't find it on the outlet site (which I think is pretty funny since they do hide the reserve stuff - I had to ask you guys to find it) even though I told him where they are hiding it. He called 2 outlet stores, which don't have it (surprise!) so he won't do the price adjustment.....so I'm going to return my bag and buy the one from the outlet! Is that crazy???
So annoying!!

I think that is a normal problem. If you were to call they would have your order.
Yes also if you pull it up and it shows can't be found I find refreshing the page a few times with that order expanded eventually pulls it up. It just worked for me. I was checking how many orders I placed since I kept getting the error earlier. My cc shows 5 pending and only 2 reversals (should be 3) so hopefully I get the 3rd reversal since my account only shows 2 orders placed.
 
At first I thought that rogue was black - but dark navy -uuuummm - stop me - and I also love that chalk bandit even though I already have the oxblood one - but I cannot afford either but the leather will not be around forever - I really think the 1941 bags are the best - does anyone have chalk and does it yellow or get dirty easily?
