I was actually successful at reshaping a denim rogue satchel with snake handles recently. It was stored poorly at the outlet where I got it from and the piping was all out of shape too, but at 70/10 off I decided to buy it and take a chance at reshaping it.

Stuffing it alone didn’t help for me. I took a huge risk with the method I used, but it paid off and didn’t damage or change the leather. I first fully stuffed the bag. I then used a blow dryer on low heat setting several inches away from the affected areas for about 30 seconds and then used the cool setting after. Finally, after blow drying I left the bag stuffed for a day in a cool dry place and it turned out good as new. The steaming from the shower sounds like a gentler way though, so I think I’ll try that if I ever need to reshape a bag in the future.
I'll give that a try. The bathroom in my new place oddly doesn't steam up! It might be the 9' ceilings or that it is so dry with the forced hot air heat. Our water is super hot, too! I'll try turning the heat way down to make it cold in the room and the hot water should create some steam. Or maybe the hair dryer would be a simpler test before I head to the outlet this weekend to return and maybe re-order. It does seem like it needs something to shrink it a little or it will be weak in that corner all the time.

I've done the same thing with no ill effects. With badly misshapen bags a light steaming from a shower won't help much, BUT if all else fails, steam from a clothes steamer works wonders. (I've never tried to use steam coming out of a regular clothes iron.) When a bag is so sad looking that you won't use it looking that bad, you really have nothing to loose by trying a little steam. That being said, that corner on your bag is pretty soft, I'm not sure how much you will be able to 'perk' it up.

My 1941 Rogue shoulder bag came, and I really love it. It is the gray color that I liked from the Page that I didn't keep, it is lightweight, the leather is very nice--it isn't a hard leather like it looks. And the straps have a nice hang. It was fully packaged in the plastic wrap and everything...It is like a slightly skinnier and a lighterweight Rogue 25. And easier to get into because of the overall design.View attachment 4346510 View attachment 4346511 View attachment 4346512
Congrats! Love it when the bag is shipped in perfect condition.

For those whose outlets were doing 70/15 deal, is this still active at your outlets? Mine was doing this deal on Monday. I imagine the sale changed on Wednesday. They don’t open for a while so I can’t call yet.

The rogue 36 and large totes are killing me!

Do you think they changed the discount for the deletes though back to 50% and if you get to use the 25% off, it winds up less than 70% off since you multiply the discounts and it winds up being 62.5% off at best. If they are 70% off and the extra 25%, well.....I'd walk there!

I called my outlet and they said deletes were 50% off. I had out a rogue 25 in dusty rose on hold, but then called them back as that wasn't a good enough deal for a color I wasn't super excited about, even with the coupon.
