My 1941 Rogue shoulder bag came, and I really love it. It is the gray color that I liked from the Page that I didn't keep, it is lightweight, the leather is very nice--it isn't a hard leather like it looks. And the straps have a nice hang. It was fully packaged in the plastic wrap and everything...It is like a slightly skinnier and a lighterweight Rogue 25. I just don't get why Coach thinks it's a good idea to turn rogues into pancakes!! It can't even stand up on it's own.

What do you do in this case? My nearest outlet is a 45 minute drive (each way) away, so returning in store is such a hassle. I call to ask for a return label, and I've been granted on once, but I'm afraid if I keep doing it (even though I'm not scamming them) they'll somehow stop letting me shop there...

Technically they should be glad to give you a return label, as most stores do not like to take returns anyway. So if you ordered online, just call Coach and ask for one, but typically they include one. The shipment I just received had a return label with it. I wouldn't worry about too many returns. Honestly if you don't get a bag you like, even at cheaper prices, you shouldn't feel like you have to keep it.

Booooo.....my dark fairytale rogue 25 came with all the stuffing removed and squished completely flat. I don't think it was a display righ because there are no scratches on the feet and it came with original tags, Disney card, and dustbag. I will try and fix it up, it looks pretty sad right now.

Ugh! Just got mine out of the box. Mine has handles wrapped and even the feet are covered in protective plastic rings (1st time ever). But it's a complete mush and won't stand at all. It keeps falling on it's face if I try to make the bag stand.

That looks terrible! Maybe this is why there are so many still out there. Maybe they were defective to begin with and the leather too soft.

I just called the outlet and they only see 2 left. My outlet store won't order when they are less than 15 in quantity. [emoji3525]

Talked to the boutique manager and she only suggested to stuff it and condition the leather. IIRC conditioner only makes the leather even softer not stiffer. Who did that happen to with the Rogue satchel? @Satcheldoll? Or was it @SEWDimples? [emoji848]

They really don't hAve that call to make. It's up to the system to make that call. These ppl making up rules erks me. I ordered a rogue Sat with only 3 in system.

I have mine stuffed to the max hoping it will look better tomorrow. I really want to keep it, I have the matching hoodie, but I also don't want a smashed mess lol.

My second attempt at an Ivie Crossbody arrived today. Fewer wrinkles in the leather than last time(which was a mess) but now the trim on the top of the bag is all wonky. Am I nuts? My fiance says I'm being too picky but this just looks so messy!

I'm going to return it. They will probably damage it out aka put it through the shredder or cut it up with scissors.
