My package was “shipped” a few days ago but was stuck in “order process: on its way to UPS” for 3 days. I contacted Coach and they apologized. But instead of working with UPS in locating the package, they asked the carrier to return the box to them and they will send out a new order for me.

Has that happened to anyone else? I even got a new order confirmation email, too. This is so weird.

I had one around Christmas that was stuck in that status for nearly a week. It finally broke loose and got to me within a few days after that. I think they print the labels well before they actually ship the orders out.

An someone tell me how to purchase from coachoutlet.com? I have sent my email many times but still hsve nit been accepted. Any suggestions?
It's really a "crap-shoot" if you will forgive the expression. I've been locked out forever and when you call they just say access is computer selected and random. Their computers must be antiquated because their "random" sure doesn't seem to be random.

Some people have had luck creating new email, but as I understand it, they lock you out again once they figure out it's the same person.

Darndest way to run a shop that wants to SELL things if you ask me (but they didn't!).

I know when I bought the spooky eyes duffle after the Christmas sale ended, the CS from FOS over phone told me they only had 6 in the warehouse. At the time I paid $197. Sadly they discounted these bags further which is always the case, but when the sale launched tonight I was not online and would have missed it anyway. So in a way I’m glad I got it when I did even though I paid more than $158. It was still a good price to me.
Do you have price rewind on your credit card? I believe all Citi cards have it!

Wouldn't you need a screen shot of the lower price though? I've been locked out ever since I was actually able to get in to get the Spooky Eyes Duffle in December (as someone mentioned, trying a new email worked, but only once), so can't see prices anymore.

If you have any luck with the price adjustment through your credit card, could you let us know. I used a Chase card as well.
I tried but it didn’t work, they don’t do this service anymore apparently

Chase
Freedom® price protection is no longer available as of August 26, 2018. ChaseFreedom® credit cards offer more than just a sign-up bonus. One of the cards' biggest features is price protection, which reimburses cardholders for price drops up to 90 days after original purchase.

It was worth a try, thank you!

Yeah, Chase and Discover both discontinued price protection on the cards I have. Citi is the only one left. I don't think AmEx ever did it too.. So it's limited. And I'm sure Citi will take it away soon! Too many people were buying TV's and then price rewinding for Black Friday prices and totally taking advantage of the system...
