I’m guessing if they were going to cancel something, they’d cancel one of the last things you ordered... so probably NOT one of the bags?! If you’re worried, you should call & ask them and give them a preference for an ornament to cancel, if that’s what they’re going to do.How do they count the leather items? I bought 2 bags -- wanted to make sure they didn't sell out-- and then a separate order later 4 ornaments. I don't want them to cancel my bags!!

I’m surprised that they still have a few left... but since those aren’t guaranteed delivery by 12/24 maybe that’s why folks aren’t pulling the trigger?Thank you for posting this. I know that I wouldn't have gone to look otherwise and I was able to get the spooky eyes duffle that I know my daughter will love. I have had three SAs on the look-out for this for weeks and to find it online and NOT sold out was a real blessing. Thanks again.
Weird. I just added to my cartI have to say I wondered about the spooky eyes duffle suddenly appearing on this sale today. I had three terrific SAs checking nationwide for me and they never found any in stock anywhere. I checked my order status on the site just now and the item is listed as 'backorder'. Called CS and was told by the rep that she sees none nationwide and to expect the order to be cancelled. Nice, Coach.
Did you call Retail CS, or the outlet CS? These Disney items do say they won't have guaranteed delivery by 12/24, so that may explain the backorder thing....when you call to search, they won't find the style # in their system if you don't put an F in front of it. ETA: So if it was 12345 at retail, you need to ask for F12345 once it's gone to outlet. Or they won't see it in the computer. Also outlet CS is 1-800-307-0040
This is so interesting about the delivery note on the dark fairytale items. Something tells me I won’t be getting the spooky eyes duffle lol There’s gotta be an error because most of the time when I see an almost gone label on something I can’t even get it into my cart and that duffle sure slid in easy [emoji23]
