My last few orders from them still stay processing, but I did receive them.
Everything I have ever ordered including orders from last year still say they are processing! Lol! You'll probably receive your items before they update your order status online. [emoji23][emoji23]

I’m curious if anyone has seen this bag/color irl. Thoughts? Wondering if this color Poppy looks the same as site.
Good to know as I have never ordered from them before. My order from the 15th is still processing . Guess I'll just wait for it to arrive!
My last order from them is still listed as processing and that order was almost a year ago (I did get the items). I am a firm believer that the Outlet including the online Outlet plays games with their inventory and their pricing. I find their practices rather confusing and irritating which is why I haven't bought anything from the online outlet in almost a year. Even though I am on PF almost every day, I did not notice you all chatting about this latest sale and I stumbled on it today. Even though I typically don't purchase, I still look at the outlet sales sometimes if I am bored. I checked it out today and saw what was left of Reserve and purchased three wallets. Two of them were ones I was really interested in when they were at the boutiques and the other I know is going to be an awesome wallet because I have a similar one already, it is the Glovetanned Turnlock Wallet in Pepper. It has a kisslock coin purse inside which I just love. I am not sure if I will keep all three wallets but I thought I'd snap them up because they usually sell out by the time I decide to actually purchase. I can always return them to the local outlet. And thank you to those of you who said they pulled Deletes from the brick & mortars because I was tempted to make a trip....
I love the pepper color, I have it in the saddle 23. I was so tempted to buy that wallet but already have several unused wallets in the queue waiting to be loved
Really excited to hear you love that wallet! I bought the olive green color when Coach.com had it 50% off- maybe around Christmas?? Can't remember exactly when I bought it. I have yet to move into it from even a month ago!! But I love the layout very much! I'm tempted to buy the pepper color as well.......it's so pretty. But then I guess that turns into hoarding!! Does it soften up a bit with use?? Enjoy your purchases! I'm off to go talk myself out of the pepper color!

Is it a glitch or did they take a lot of sold out reserve items off the website today? I was hoping to go to my outlet tomorrow and see if they could place an order for me on an item that shows sold out online. It is the Elvis charm - round, photo of Elvis in the center, black around the edges with gems/studs around it. The item # is F87034. I just want to know how much it was so I can see if they can order for me at the same price. Anyone see it? TIA!!!
I don't have the pepper turnlock wallet yet since I only ordered it today. However, I have an original Coach x Disney Mickey wallet in bright red that is the exact same layout and I've used it. Yes, it has beautiful leather and it feels so good to the touch. I love bright colors so I think this pepper one will be fun. I usually get lots of compliments on wallets that are fun and colorful.
I've seen this in real life. One of the SA's was wearing it and I remember telling her I liked her bag haha. I didn't know it was called Poppy. It looked like the picture to me though. It's a bit bigger than the original bag like this is. I'd definitely pay $88 for it.
