They have one starting about every 10 days. They don't always have reserve items.How often do the factory online sales come around, and do they always have Reserve items? This was the first one I was signed up for. Bought two items, but sat on my hands debating the Turnlock Edie and lost out this morning. Bummed. Will have to look for a good deal like that next time! And not hesitate!!

This last sale many people could see the reserve items a day before they were officially on the site. At the time, I felt it was an evil plot to prevent me from getting the items of my dreams. Just kidding! I think the site is just really glitchy and not well designed, so these things happen accidentally. In the past, I was able to find things through a search that weren't supposed to be on the site yet.Sorry...one more question then I won't bug! I think the are just very disorganized and their systems not that great.I bought an ava tote in teal which I am excited about but then on day 2, I saw all the reserve items. I probably would have purchased something from the reserve. I feel Coach did us a little dirty this time.
Most of time if you are able to order, you usually get your order. Once in awhile, the order gets cancelled. That might be due to items in inventory being damaged so they can't be sent rather than due to site problems. It doesn't happen very often.Which leads me to the question, is it possible that we purchase/confirm items which later don't get fulfilled due to disorganization/bad site inventory? I kept trying to add things to my cart which never made it. So wondering about the things which actually did...
If I remember right, there was one right after Christmas, another Jan 10th, and another in the end of January...and at least one this month so far.So since December when you ordered, there have been about three other sales? Good!

They limit everyone. It is normally 5 leather and 5 signature, but how they categorize things is odd sometimes. They are supposed to limit you at an outlet too, but that doesn't always happen.Today I tried to put a small item in my cart, and it wouldn't let me. Saying I'd reached the limit. So I've been getting emails all day asking me to hurry up and buy it before it's gone. I got excited and tried, and it just doesn't even give me a reason but won't let me put it in my cart. I guess the emails are automatic even though I can't order it, but it finally made me laugh to see the huge picture and note that they can only hold it in my cart a little longer...even though it's not in my cart. Hee hee! I think it's good for me to slow down, but boy it is weird to have them force it! Last year I was in an outlet on vacation where they were trying to talk me into getting extra things to go with my bag! Ha! If only they knew that I would become Coach bag crazy and they'd have to limit my purchases!
