The site must hate me today. I can't find anything. Even when scrolling through every bag listed I can't find the stuff others have ordered.

You weren’t alone. I never saw them either, even when doing searches. Just went back and checked, no drifters or other FP bags. I did see the wallet this morning though. I only looked from my iPad though, not my phone or desktop. Just checked through my phone and they don’t show up there either.

I was on a desktop and didn't see most of the deletes that others saw, except for the Elvis charm and a couple Mercers.

Bummed I missed the Elvis Charm! It was so much easier when they had a Reserve category. The site doesn't work well and will freeze on my phone when I get say 5 pages in but have another 5 to look at so it starts all over again. Wondering if my local outlet will have the Elvis Charm. I got tied up working late and can't call until the morning now.

Haha! I was on at 3am central time and the FP Elvis charm was available, nothing showed sold out at that time. However, I did not see and cannot access any of the goodies everybody else sees. I wonder if they allow access depending on your location? I’m located within driving 15-35 mins of 3 outlets, don’t know if that makes a difference but thought I’ll throw in some ideas to the conspiracy theory!

To add to the conspiracy theory, how do you get access at 3 am? I can log in at 6 am EST and not have access until usually 7 or 8 am!

Yea, I saw a few FP items too. I can’t figure out how they can allow some people to see theses items, but stop others from seeing them. It’s the same website....

Wonder if it has anything to do with the browser you use? In the past, I would sometimes get the "Technical Difficulties" message on my laptop but on my phone I was able to get in. I cleared out my cookies and then it worked on my computer again. I'm not technical enough to know but seems like a lot of bother for Coach to decide who gets to see what. I'd think they just want to purge merchandise. Like at my company.....it is all about sales.

Hi...new to this forum. Can anyone tell me if you have experience with the Town tote that is on the Outlet site? Wondering if the leather is nice and soft? Or more hard/ plasticky? I had seen a tote in person at an outlet, but it felt stiff and plastic like. Would this be a tote that was made just for the outlet? So confusing.... I don't know how you all know what came from the "regular " store, as opposed to the outlet as I read through the posts!! Thanks for any information!

I just remembered a 3rd account I made several years ago but never used. I can now see everything! But of course 90% of everything is sold out.

Wow this is the first time I DIDN'T have issues. I was able to login at the start, searched reserve and saw many pages of deletes. Threw everything in my cart and then narrowed it down to a swagger, the manhattan backpack in the wild beast print and 2 zip card cases. Of course I don't need any of it but I couldn't pass them up

I've been browsing the online factory sale this week and I'm wondering if anyone knows the difference between the Swagger bags in the online factory sale vs. the FP version? Are these MFF? Has anyone purchased one or the other–or both?

This style number is F59091. I was under the impression that all items with F in front of the serial number were MFF. Can anyone elaborate?

They just released more reserve bags as per an email i got at 9:52 am, 20 minutes ago. There are still some swaggers and such available. It looks like they give all the stylst a number starts with an f on the site regardless if it is a delete or mff.

As of this morning I can see pages of reserves. Apparently after they added more items, they became viewable for me. Thankfully, there wasn't a single thing I feel like I missed out on.
