It's not unusual. Coach isn't very fast at shipping and even slower on FOS than on Coach.com. Also, sometimes you don't get the email. You can log into your account and check the order status, but be aware that sometimes that doesn't get updated either. I've got orders from a year ago that still say processing.
It could take months! Or it might not happen. I didn't get invited until I tried again with a different email. If there is something you want now, and you know what it is, some outlets do phone orders.
Omg yes! You're right! Some of my orders from 2 years ago still say processing! I got a shipment confirmation for one order today though so hopefully they'll send me a ship confirmation for the second soon. =D

there is only one site: coachoutlet.com. It used to be coachfactory.com and I think that one redirects to coachoutlet.com. Any other variations you might find are probably counterfeit sites. coachoutlet.us. com is a counterfeit site. This is the domain info: https://www.whois.com/whois/coachoutlet.us.com It is registered in France.
There was a version of the City Zip tote that was FP and sold in department stores. It has pebbled leather and came in black, saddle, navy and maybe one other color. The style was 37155M, with the M indicating department store only (stands for mass merchant I think). I believe it was $295 although I got my black one for 50% off at Dillard’s I believe.
If you do, you’ll have to let us know the style number. My guess is it ends in an M.
I personally love my tote like this in black, probably my favorite out of all the totes I’ve had. Only improvement would be an exterior back pocket. It’s just the perfect size and holds the right amount for me. Post a pic if you get one! [emoji2]
