They are using Surepost? Is that because it is a small package? I don't think I've ever gotten a Coach package that way. Can you tell it is Surepost when they ship or only once it transfers to USPS? On the tracking page for my package it says it is only .6 pounds. I prefer Surepost because I know my mail carrier won't ring the doorbell.

That's a good point! I clicked on the tracking number in my email, it takes me to the ups tracking page. Look on the right edge up under the 'service' section....mine says 'ups surepost' . It's a small package and it's one of those padded envelopes they use.

Mine says UPS ground. I'm sure mine is just a padded envelope too. I ordered 2 keychains and a bracelet.

It was actually bigger than I thought it'd be. I almost didn't buy it because it looked so small. But it's about 9.5" long. Here's some pics with things in it.

There's a magnet between the two pouches that holds the top together.

I got my Baseman fobs today. I love them, but they smell like chemicals. They are so cute! I wish they made a Buddy boy for factory. I especially love the Flower guy.

I returned my Bonnie Cashin fob/charms because they smelled like chemicals. And I really liked them but my nose didn't.

My Bonnie Cashin hangtag doesn't smell. I assume the smell will eventually go away.

Same here. I didn't get an email this time either. The website hasn't acted right for me this morning anyway. It tells me that I don't have a local outlet when I do.
