How do you all feel about the resin bag charms? Do they feel cheaply made? I'm looking at one of the tea rose ones on the FOS and it's all glittery so I'm not sure if that'd distract from the Nolita I just got, so I'm *also* looking at one of the FP ones, but I don't wanna spend $95 if I can spend much less and get the same quality.

I bought one of the FP resin tea rose charms (the red/aubergine one), and I while it was lovely quality with the pave stones and such, I returned it because I reaaaalllly didn't like how LOUD it was, clinking/clanging against itself. I figured it would annoy me to no end if I used it as a bag charm, and I also figured it would get all scratched up and that would bug me for a $95 charm (true, I spent much less on it on the Macy's online sale but still...).

I was tempted to get a cheaper one on FOS since I'm still drawn to how it looks, but the same issues (scratching and noise) would probably still bug me regardless of price. Maybe the canvas/resin one isn't so bad?

I was just at the outlet today and was looking at the glittery charms. I don't really care for them.
1. They are really BIG. I was surprised at how big they are.
2. They only have silver hardware. Which, if you have silver hardware on your bag wouldn't be such a problem but I seem to mostly have gold.
3. They are REALLY glittery. Like, shooting out shards of sunlight.
4. There is something about them that reminds me of those jelly shoes girls used to wear. They were kind of rubbery and had embedded sparkles in them. Not sure if you remember these, but it just turned me off.
5. I like the leather tea rose charms at the FP store (I saw the black one and the white ones) but the resin ones just look kind of cheap and like hard rubber, IMO.
Just my opinions and I'm pretty conservative with my coachie stuff. I ended up buying one of those tassle charms in black with the white stripe. With gold hardware.

OMG, I didn't think of that until now, but they are exactly like jellies!

I got the 2 fobs, they should be here tomorrow. If the package had been shipped via ups only instead of ups surepost I would have gotten it today. :annoyed:
They are using Surepost? Is that because it is a small package? I don't think I've ever gotten a Coach package that way. Can you tell it is Surepost when they ship or only once it transfers to USPS? On the tracking page for my package it says it is only .6 pounds. I prefer Surepost because I know my mail carrier won't ring the doorbell.
