I had the same issue with the Navy Mercer I ordered! The bag (inside/out) is pristine, except for a few scratches on the feet and a small scratch on the piping/edge of one corner. I may give them a call about trying to replace it, since that piping scratch is annoying (and white! on a navy edge!). I only noticed the minor scratches to the feet after seeing that corner thing. But I'm waiting to decide if I even want to keep at all before calling to complain.

I did, wrapped perfect, in great shape with a dustbag. I like it but not sure yet if I'm keeping it. Are you keeping yours?
Oh you are so lucky!! I'm still undecided, it's sitting in my "decision spot" lol. I'm trying to not let the scuffed up feet bother me too much.

My hologram soft wallet arrived today and I couldn't be happier with the colors, just love it! Very hard to get accurate color with my phone camera, but here it is. Coach really needs to up their game on stock photos for FOS.
I ordered the wild beast Crosby. It arrived perfectly wrapped up and is gorgeous. I am a little concerned as I have heard of wild beast chipping in swagger and I had a camo bag that wore horribly.
I also had a friend noticed ft me when he saw the black frame swagger go on clearance in the middle of the sale. So I received that too. It is so classy and nice quality. I was going to return one but not sure now. Lol

I saw it at Vancouver outlet yesterday, It's a small tote with long strap (Swigpack maybe?) Magnetic closure, with suade interior, leather soft and thin, I saw it at the Vancouver outlet yesterday. Sorry don't remember price/name. The white one is very cute, look a lot nicer than black one. The store has lots of deletes, however the only thing I was interested in was this very white bag. Creed has -FXxxxx on it so probably outlet style? And I thought they don't print style number on Creed anymore?
When exactly does the sale start? I thought it would start at 12:00 Eastern Standard but it's still just showing me some PDF file with pictures of various bags.
Typically around 5:30am EST. But, sometimes there are technical difficulties until around 6am.
Is anyone else getting the message that the next sale is now Jan 25 instead of Jan 11 like it was showing previously??
