I'm sorry-that's a bummer. When I was at the outlet store last month, I had them re-enter all my account information (they had my phone number wrong) so I don't know if that is why I have access now but you can try that next time you are at the outlet. I hope you have access soon
Thanks so much for posting this! I wanted to get my mom a black city tote, she's been wanting one for a while. I also grabbed a few things for myself and a money clip card case for the hubby [emoji4] Last few sales the city tote in black sold out so fast, I'm so happy I got one this time.

Does anyone know if any of the PacMan items were actually available when the sale first opened? Everything's sold out now, but some of those prices are amazing (59.50 for the ziparound wallet? $24.50 for the wristlet and phone cases?).
I'm still on the lookout for little gift-y items so luckily I made it in time to grab a card case. But other than that everything was sold out - even the cherry stuff and sig stripe stuff that seemed not to be moving early on in the sale. But I'm kicking myself a bit if I missed the wallet at that price!

Some of them were. I remember seeing the mini Bennett. I'm not sure about the wallet. I ordered the card case in black for $24.50. I didn't see if the coin case was available. If it was I would have been a little mad since I already bought one for a higher price.
Stopped by the Coach outlet on my way home and came home with a burgandy Tyler tote in colorblock. I'm so impressed with the quality of that bag the leather is soft and the hardware is substantial. I finally have a great travel bag.

Why are you returning Harley? I'm deciding between Harley or Tyler myself. How well made are they? Which is roomier? Thanks
I was only going to keep one between Harley and Tyler, because I also have the gunmetal Edie. Tyler might be a little bit roomier, but not a ton. I kept the Tyler instead of the Harley mainly because I think the opening is too small on the Harley. I also like that the Tyler has feet and a metallic hangtag (a heavy one, at that). I really like the look of the Harley, though.
Thanks for letting me know! I grabbed the card case for my BIL too... Unless I keep it because it's so cute! Men are so hard to shop for that I just grab when I see, then return later when I can sort through everything, haha.
But since I didn't get the wallet I really wanted, the card case would be a consolation prize and I wouldn't return it
