I got the small Harley & I do think its easier to get in & out of than the larger. Wierd but true! I wish the smaller version came in Fog with silver hardware.

Anyone else ship a return back recently and have it take awhile to process? Tracking shows JAX received the bag back on November 12th but nothing has processed yet. I emailed CS and they asked for the return tracking #. I emailed them back and am awaiting a response. I paid with a gift card and was hoping to have it back to use for the Thanksgiving sale on the full price site. I hope I don't run out of time

You should try calling them - I find that with any website they are insufferably slow to respond to emails, so I try to call. I do know that the last time something was returned to JAX (the store erroneously sent an item to JAX when they should have refunded me immediately in-store), it took over two weeks from the date of arrival for "processing." Like from the time it was shipped (9/14) to the time I saw my credit come through to my cc (10/11) it was almost a month.
Soooo, I wouldn't count on getting your GC credited by this Thursday, but you could call and find out either way!

Ugh, that doesn't sound good at all. The last time I shipped something back it was processed in under a week. Seems like I must have been super lucky then. I will call them tomorrow for sure.
Sorry! Not sure if it was just me, but that "processing" time was really lame. Fingers crossed it works out for you - let us know what happens and hope you're able to get some Thanksgiving/Black Friday goodies
I mean, I'm totally on your side on the slow delivery (happening to me right now), but unless it was a gift for someone else and the occasion passed, I hope you're joking about not wanting it anymore!I placed an order on on the 13th, it didn't even ship out until the 18th, and the delivery date is the 28th!!I don't even want the bag anymore at this point
I mean, it's a bag that you would hopefully use for more than one occasion during the past week, right? Or was it just a bag you were going to use on Thanksgiving and then donate/sell?
I don't access but my sister does and she says there's a sale going on now on the website.
