I asked twice regarding the physical outlet store and the rep said it had to be from Jax but honestly, I was doubting her even as she was speaking, these reps get these things wrong too often. I assume the outlet stores can still pull up the order like you said and do the refund. Unfortunately my nearest outlet is more than a hundred miles away so yeah it's a let down especially with the holiday sales coming up.
Here's the return policy, direct from the FOS website...

RETURNS:

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item to us within 60 days of purchase in its original condition for a refund in the original form of payment or an exchange. Coach Outlet merchandise may be returned by mail or to a Coach Outlet store. All merchandise must be in new and unused condition.


New, unused Outlet merchandise may be exchanged or returned at any Coach Outlet Store with an original Coach receipt or mail order packing invoice.


New, unused Outlet merchandise may be returned for merchandise credit with a gift receipt.


New, unused Outlet merchandise may be returned to a Full Price store with an original Coach receipt or mail order packing invoice for a refund in the original form of payment. Merchandise returned with a gift receipt will receive merchandise credit.


Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.


New, unused Outlet merchandise paid for with PayPal must be returned to our Returns Department in Jacksonville, FL for a refund to the original PayPal account. Unfortunately, we cannot offer PayPal refunds for in-store returns. All in-store returns of merchandise purchased with PayPal will receive merchandise credit.
 
Am I missing something? It says

"price adjustments on previous purchases not permitted"

I thought previous purchases were where you made price adjustments...

Will they be making price adjustments on current purchases or are they no longer making price adjustments?

Is this verbage from the Coach Outlet website? I'm assuming they are speaking strictly of the purchases from FOS. But FP stores and outlets stores do offer price adjustments. Hopefully that's what you were asking
 
FINALLY…Coach is now offering $ 15 flat rate shipping (instead of $ 26) to Canadians, along with NO duty charges. I wish they would have had this when I used to like buying Coach. :) Saves us Canadians a little bit of money (especially since the exchange rate is still so low).
 
Well, my last order was a bust (the chelsea floral bag/set was pretty but not for me), for the most part... I ended up keeping just the Wanted wristlet even though it's a bit too small for my phone AND everything else, but for $26 it'll work.
This time around I was more practical, and ordered a bag from the men's section as a work/laptop bag... took advantage of the free shipping, so hopefully this one will work out for me :)

yes, noticed this too(well got said email... ) 'bout bloody time. Wish however the exchange rate wasn't in the ditch. :lol:

Hi all - I just got a coupon in my email for the outlet. Of course I just bought 2 bags this past weekend. Any chance of getting a price adjustment or doing a return and repurchase?? Just wondering what my chances might be.
