When was that sale? I spent over $300 on Wednesday and didn't get an extra 20%

I logged on to the FOS yesterday morning (Thursday) and they were advertising "take an additional 20% off" if you buy 2 items, and 30% off on 3 items, and free shipping for orders over $200. It appeared as a banner at the top of the page where they always put the "free shipping" notice.

I didn't buy anything because nothing grabbed me and I recently did some damage at the outlet.

Did you buy more than one item? Call and tell them that you were supposed to get an extra discount and maybe they will adjust your invoice, it wouldn't hurt to try.

The extra percentage off is still being advertised on the web site, you should definitely try for an adjustment!

I am sorry if I confused you...the discount I was talking about was at my outlet vs the online sale. For some reason they do not price the same.

The prices are usually not the same, it is called "Coach Math" see the link below for an example of the same bag available at the same time from 4 different coach venues for wildly different prices! It's important to be an informed shopper!

I know...perfect example. To me it seems dishonest in a way. Those that know all of the avenues - have no idea if they are really overpaying. It would be nice if the online outlet and the actual store outlets were the same at any rate. The manager at my local outlet was amazed I purchased a Crosby for $118.

I called my store. Deletes aren't included in the extra discount. The 20% worked on the online sale for deletes but I made out better in store. Plus the online sale didn't have the Ace in Cornflower. It was on clearance plus 70% off in store

It looks like FOS just changed their refund processing so that you can no longer return items to a retail store or an outlet store and get immediate credit (well however long it takes for it to show on your card, usually a few days). All stores now have to ship back the items to Jax who will process the refund which could easily be 2 weeks if you live in the other side of the country as I do. This also means, you can't apply the refund to an in-store purchase. I called their main outlet line after my local retail store SA could no longer pull up my order on her system. Were physical stores getting dinged for FOS returns, and that being a reason for change?

For someone who used to apply a FOS return on top of a PCE or SAS purchase this really makes me cautious what I put in my cart.

Hmmm...when did this change? I had something from FOS that I returned to an outlet yesterday - no problem/question and funds already are back in my bank account. I did hear the full retail stores may no longer allow returns from outlet/FOS. If they make all these changes...they are not very customer friendly.

I asked twice regarding the physical outlet store and the rep said it had to be from Jax but honestly, I was doubting her even as she was speaking, these reps get these things wrong too often. I assume the outlet stores can still pull up the order like you said and do the refund. Unfortunately my nearest outlet is more than a hundred miles away so yeah it's a let down especially with the holiday sales coming up.
