Welp, looks like I got banned. I still have the home page.

Are you on an iPad? Sometimes when I can't get in I just log out, shut the page down, open a new page, log back in and I'm in the sale. That has happened to me several times as well as a few to other tpf'ers. It doesn't happen to me on a PC, though some have said if you clear your cache, you can usually get back in on a PC too. I quit getting emails a long time ago.

Tried it all and no luck. I'm also not getting coach boutique emails either for about 2 weeks now ever since my SA sent it one of my bags for repair. I'm wondering if in some strange way my repair has locked me out. I can't even get into my regular coach account now ever since I received an email from coach saying they will begin the repair process. It's a far stretch but it just seems really odd that after I sent in my bag all contact from coach has ceased.

I did however sign up on the outlet website with another email I just created and it let me in to shop the sale immediately. So confusing.

Does anyone have one of the cross grain cut to fit belts? Are they easy to cut without ruining it? I just bought the reversible one with the C buckle and the rectangle buckle.

They do sometimes stop access and emails after a certain amount of returns. There is not a set amount--just that many people have reported that after returning items they have also been locked out/quit receiving emails. So if you have been doing fairly regular returns and had the repair, it is possible it had an impact.

Otherwise, it also isn't unusual to stop receiving emails all of the sudden. Many people get on and off the list over time (stop receiving and then suddenly start getting them again).

I was thinking about getting the Snoopy bracelet but it is so expensive, and now it is almost sold out. I guess other people think it is worth it. I've gotten these double wrap bracelets before for under $35. It looks like they just slipped a keychain on there and quadrupled the price. I was thinking that I really only like the Snoopy part and maybe it is removable. I'm glad I missed out.

The majority of my returns are to Macy's though. I don't think Macy's purchases through as much because of their free returns plus unlimited return period and I have quite a few stores very close to me. About 3 months or so ago I went through the process of buying and returning 2 violet dakotahs through FOS because they were in really poor condition, I got lucky on the 3rd try and it only had a few minor scratches and I kept it. Typically I only ever return something directly from coach or FOS if it is in really bad shape. Like the time I received the rivet swagger that looked like it was run over by a car, took it back the day I received it, SA couldn't believe how awful it looked and apologized a ton. I've also had the horrible luck of receiving FOS bags with chewed gum and hair in them, grosssss. Couldn't pay me to keep a bag like that lol.

So I guess what I'm trying to say is that if my returns of defective and down right gross bags locked me out it's not really fair on their part. With my repair too it was my really nice SA that told me to send my bag in because it obviously was defective (I was carrying it while shopping and she noticed it and asked to send it in for me).
