Yep, I've returned a couple of FOS purchases to the FP store because it's closer.

If it's a PayPal purchase, you can still return at the store for a merchandise credit. The only way to get your refund applied to your PayPal account is to mail your return back.

OMG, you are a darling, you even remember the names and colors! Dufflette in saddle sounds great. I am waiting for the crossbody clutch to hit outlet too. The similar style pouch is already on fos website. Wouldn't mind to score another legacy zip or any other legacy for my sis in law 60th birthday.

Yes, it is. Although after reading stories how outlet sent bag back consider it was used I am not sure if I want to take a chance... Merchandise credit as I remember can be used in fp and outlet stores.

Yes, I've used merchandise credits at FP, outlet, and on-line at both Coach.com and FOS.....so everywhere.
