Try checking out with PayPal. My daughter has had that problem so now she uses PayPal and it always goes through.
If you use paypal and want to return, is it still true the stores can't do it?

I paid PayPal for a mini skinny and only was able to exchange in store they may be able to give cash back (depending on what you're exchanging for) but it has to be less than $20. Hope that helped!
I've been looking for a "bad weather tote bag" that can be snowed on, big enough to hold mittens/hat but not gigantic, and zips closed. I ended up ordering the black floral zip top tote.
Not a pattern I would normally pick, but when I looked closer and saw it could go with a black or brown/camel coat, sold! It will look a bit ridiculous with my turquoise ski jacket (what on earth kind of bag does one carry when they're wearing overly sportsy winter coats??) but other than that, I'll look stylish.

I have the FP tote version from last year, not a black bag or flower person but I love this bag

I like some flower prints but never buy them because I like to have bags that coordinate with a wide range of outfits/jackets. Almost all my bags are solid neutrals. But the brown/black combo sold me - goes with either kind of shoe!

Oh wow, when I saw this I had to go check it out, and ordered one too! I've been using a large black Le Pliage a lot but looking for something similar but not so plain. (lightweight with a zipper) But I hope it's the right size--surely the dimensions on the website are wrong!--34" x 26" ??
