Spoke with chat again...looks like there was a QC issue at the warehouse and the bags might be available at 9 AM EST
They’re all showing up as sold out now on the website vs coming 2/18.
Such a bummer as I was refreshing online on the hour starting at midnight EST on 2/18 to try and grab one.
On the Reddit forms, people were mentioning they got to buy them around 1:45am est on 2/18.
I will 100% be checking again at 9am this morning and hopefully more stock will be avail. Thanks for sharing your intel! 🩵
This is so weird! You would think if they are sold out, they would at least remove the February 18th launch date. For some reason it still shows that when loading the webpage on my computer, but not on my phone lol. I was thinking of asking customer service about it again, but I don't want them to tell me another launch time just for it not to pop up 😐
Has anyone purchased the carryall 34 in a boutique vs online? I saw a comment on a YT video that is was a cheaper price in store vs online. Wondering if there's any truth to this? Thanks!
There were 2 types released- the runway edition ( online) and the glazed leather ( in store and other retailers like Dillard's). The leather types and colour offering were different.

My local store confirmed with me that it's cheaper in the boutique. I didn't quite understand why though. I was interested in grabbing one, and the SA mentioned at the moment it's cheaper in the boutique! I picked up a 40 in Merlot...absolutely gorgeous! I have my 48 in the black. I love the 48 for travel, but the 40 seems a little easier for work.
I was shocked that they had stock. I came home super excited, unwrapped all the plastic, and noticed something seemed off about the end of the zipper tape. I didn't notice the white mark at the end on my black 48, then with further inspection, it looked like it was starting to split out. The store manager was super nice and swapped it out. I'm not sure if this was a QC issue though, since the display had the same issue to a lesser degree.
Sorry for the blurry picture! But I believe the price they were going to charge in the boutique is $395 vs the $450 on the tag
Thanks for confirming. I agree it's very weird too but I'll definitely drive to my local store to save the $55!
