Is anyone suprised? the box was more than half open when I received it.... I am really hoping i don't have to fight with coach for my refund considering I didn't except the package.

I sincerely hope you receive the bag you ordered in a properly sealed box, and that you receive proper credit for the bag you were sent in an open box. You deserve nothing less.

I just received my dark navy Empire 40, today. The box was the correct size, and the box had only a small amount of cardboard brown tape at the opening. The bag inside was/is in pristine condition.

You have photos as proof so you should be ok.

There seems to be a lot of theft going on in the supply/delivery chains. ☹️

Awful. Hopefully Coach will accept full responsibility for this.

Well, I have completely unwrapped and loaded up my new Dark Navy Empire 40, and I can honestly say, she's a beauty. She's darker blue than expected, almost black, with no burnishing that my eyes can see. I am okay with this. Of course, every day has been dreary and overcast since the bag arrived, so perhaps it is more blue than I think it is.

The only issue I can see with the bag is that on days when I am taking a 501 page novel around with me, I will need to remove my decorative Coach chain from the bag. Boy, does this bag weigh a lot with the chain attached and the novel inside, carried by hand! The shoulder strap is a blessing, and I hope it holds up over time.

I didn’t notice the burnished areas on mine until it was outside. Hopefully your’s will show once the skies clear. Lol.

These are too small for me, but not too small for someone else in my household...

Oh, and I forgot to mention that I think whomever posted these bags online at Coach dot com made a mistake on two of the bag color names. Turmeric is an orange color, and I think the Natural and the Turmeric colors might have been mixed up by mistake. We shall see, of course.

That bag is so impractical and will probably fit only emotional baggage.... but I am getting it:huh:. The yellow lined turmeric is calling me.
