Finally after a lot of back and forth with the seller & only after opening a case with ebay the seller admitted the bag was a fake & I got a full refund today

I've learned my lesson but one day I shall own a beautiful Rocco!!! Better start saving

Hi boxermomof2,

Would you happen to know how come the leather on this bag is hard? Would it soften over time? With some lc?

The newer leather is stiffer, conditioning can't hurt. I actually prefer the more structured feel to the leather.
