Her career has spanned decades. I'm guessing that those photos are included to cater to those who were fans when she was very young.

She had work done a while back and I said when it happened what a shame. She had such sultry eyes and her surgeon was too aggressive with the eye and browlift. I know a doctor who can place HA injections in her upper lids to give her back some of the hooding. I cringe a little now when I see her, she was so beautiful before.
I know very little about PS but one of the things I see a lot is that unnatural wide-eyed look. Even Jane Fonda, who looks gorgeous at almost 80, has it.
Eyes are so delicate, really a very experienced ocular plastic surgeon should only be allowed to do eye surgery. Too many general plastic surgeons who may be good at facelifts should not touch eyes.
For example, Catherine Zeta-Jones was rumored to have gone to a famous occularplastic surgeon in Florida for her blepharoplasty and he did an amazing job, very conservative. No matter what though surgery is a gamble.
