CS couldn't place an order for you? I know it is frustrating but persistence does pay off. Will keep my fingers crossed you get what you are after. Also, if you live near a store, I have found unexpected gems just by randomly dropping in and asking. A lot of the time, SA's will grab limited edition items for their VIP clients and then when they are declined, rather than lose a sale, they let me have it :) Just some tricks I have learned over many years of buying LV.

Same- usually this long timeframe is a general placeholder in the tracking system until the item is received by UPS and will be updated. I too expect to see a delivery Monday since I am supposed to get overnight delivery.

I haven't heard back from her yet. She took the item numbers and confirmed my phone number. We actually got disconnected and she called me back to finish the call so I don't doubt she is doing what she said. I just worry that these specific items aren't available now and with work, I could miss the call if it comes when I'm not expecting it.My phone is glued to my hand right now, but that won't work long term. I do live near a store so at worst will be there right at opening next Friday, but I don't like leaving things to chance

This is only the prelaunch. I think items will be more available when they are on the site when officially released.. Other holiday items were available when released.
