Call them and ask why it got cancelled!

The billing address was messed up mind you not my mistake, I put my address fine and it seems the system also added the address of my pick up store. So 2 addresses = cancelled.

Hi everyone! Last night I purchased the Victorine and now my order status is "order in preparation." I'm so paranoid that my order will be cancelled, as so many people's items have already shipped. Is there a chance it will be cancelled once the order gets to this stage? So excited to see all of your purchases!

Anything is possible but from my experience if it says "order in preparation" it should ship out within day or 2

Call my CA and she told me I can pre-order for release on 9/25. So I did for mini pochette mono in red interior. Can’t wait to pick it up at the store.

Some of the bag charms and a zippy wallet was just added to website! The bag charm I want isn’t in stock but look up “exclusive” in the search and check the box that says “Available Online” and the new items will be there!

Omg my Canada tracking says it won’t arrive till next Thursday... ahhh I don’t know why they even gave me express shipping - taking a full week is worse than 5-day option lol

Mine is also express shipping with the same date. I have seen this before but it later updates to next business day. I am expecting mine on Monday

The best advice I can give is to keep checking. Late at night and early morning seem to be good times to find availability. No- they are not out of stock after today. The items will be in store when the launch happens (next week I believe) as well. From experience, I have found a few random items as late as January following the xmas launch. So just keep trying!
