Hi everyone! Last night I purchased the Victorine and now my order status is "order in preparation." I'm so paranoid that my order will be cancelled, as so many people's items have already shipped. Is there a chance it will be cancelled once the order gets to this stage? So excited to see all of your purchases!
Just purchased bumper cars. My other 2 MPA show shipped. I wanted something of each design (US offerings).

I seem to pick the items everyone wants so have missed out on other collections before. Does anyone with past experience on limited edition items have advise as to how many times and how frequently they restock? Is the best technique to just constantly stalk the website and is there any rhyme or reason LV uses when restocking these items. Are these items gone from online after today?

Oh wow! I read on FoxyLV's post that website orders were separate from client services so didn't know I could possibly do that!! Thank You!! I am sitting on hold now
For anyone looking for specific items, I just got off the phone with a very helpful CA who said they are able to put in requests for us. My order has not been placed yet, as she said she had to put in a request for me and then would be calling me back to place the purchase but I'm hopeful now.
The best advice I can give is to keep checking. Late at night and early morning seem to be good times to find availability. No- they are not out of stock after today. The items will be in store when the launch happens (next week I believe) as well. From experience, I have found a few random items as late as January following the xmas launch. So just keep trying!

I ordered a wallet this morning and got order confirmation. I just checked my email and it was CANCELLED!!! And to top it off I can't get into my LV account online because I forgot my password and it will not let me reset it.
Can you call CS? It seems there is a huge difference between ordering online vs. placing an order with an actual person. CS should be able to send you a link to reset your PW. Good luck.
