I opted for the Sole Tech and we'll see how they turn out. Supposedly, the Sole Tech comes in a variety of colors so when I go to pick up my CLs, I drop off another pair and then see what colors they have. I have a pair of YSLs with a silver botton.

How did your shoes turn out? I ordered my first pair of CL's (Flo) but after reading this forum I'm now scared to wear them without getting the soles done first. I'm in NoVA so the location is perfect!

Hi everyone, this may have been answered...I will admit I've pursued the thread but its not so easy to do so (at least for me) on a web browser on an iPad. Can someone recommend a cobbler in Chicago or nearby suburbs who can add rubber soles? I'll keep reading but just in case I can get a response before going though all the pages I'm asking.

Is the consensus for best shoe repair store Jack's or Galletti's? I need to have the leather replaced on the heels immediately of my gf's Louboutin shoes. I want to surprise her before she leaves in a week.

To anyone in the UK, Classic Shoes in London (who Louboutin in motcomb st recommend) charge £40 for a resole - I thought that was a bit pricey but they're supposed to be the best

I did a number on my white spike pigalle's and took them to the leather spa in nyc. I think they came out great. Here is a before and after pic. I only wore them once.

Hi guys,
Just wanted to let you girls know who are in Essex UK that I found an even better cobbler!
He is based in the dry cleaners in Shenfield, Essex right near to Shenfield Station.

£15 for a pair of vibrams to be done.

For London people, it's about 30 minutes train ride from Liverpool Street station.

He managed to repair my yoyo zeppa slings in just 1 day AND do vibrams on my new loubies! I have had vibrams put on at various places but he is by far the best I've had!

Wow that's a really good price. I just got my Very Croise back from KG Shoes, London and they have done a great job. But vibram's heel tips and postage cost me £50.50. Do you think this cobbler would accept postal requests? As I live in Warwickshire.

Just want to let fellow Canadians not to go to Shoe Therapy in Toronto. I had an awful experience with them - they damaged my shoes, did not inform me and refuse to refund me. Already started a thread to share but here are the pictures.

The best cobbler in Arizona is Ariel's Shoe Repair in Scottsdale. My SA at Neiman's recommended him and he was the best!
He also does the red rubber sole protectors (I'm sure there's a more scientific name) for $28, with only a 3 day turn-around.
