Hi Ladies,
If anyone is looking for a great cobbler in the Central/Northern New Jersey area, go to Rago Brothers. They not only do shoes BUT they repair designer leather handbags, jackets, luggage and belts... they fix everything from zippers to re-dying the leather bag to restore the look of it. I have a vintage LV Speedy from the 70's and when I took it to the LV store in Short Hills Mall to get repaired, they told me that the bag was so old they didn't have the right materials to fix it. So that's when the sales woman referred me to Rago. I've had them re dye the sole and put a protector sole on the bottom of my CL's I got off eBay. All for $50.... the sole have a spikey feel to it so it can take the dirt and grime from walking the streets. Anyway below is their contact information:

Nordstrom Seattle will send your shoes out to get red Vibram soles - ask at the Salon Shoe counter. It is about $22/per pair. They also do black soles if you have other shoes that you want to protect.
The cobbler did a fantastic job in approx 3 business days!

I am SO excited to share an AMAZING Christian Louboutin specialist cobbler in Florida.
Per my last post on this thread, I live in Miami, and the representatives at the CL Boutique in Miami refer CL clients to a Cobbler in North Carolina.
Another TPF member was not particularly impressed with the NC Cobbler's work, (additionally, I would much prefer to have meet the specialist who will be working on my CLs).
Anyhow, she referred me to "Uncle," at Shoe Repair Plus, 7046 Beracasa Way, Boca Raton, FL. I gotta tell you, I LOVE him!! He is SO GOOD! If you need a Louboutin specialist in the Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach area, give them a call at 561-392-8321. Tell them Oshia sent you and they will take very good care of you.

Oshia-I'm so glad that you loved Uncle. They're great right? I saw him yesterday and he told me that he was coming in today for you. I'm so happy that you're happy.
YES, NATALIE!! THANK YOU!! He soled two pairs for me the same day!! He also says that the original red sole will in no way be damaged if I have them remove the vibram. So, I left five pairs with him, which will be ready in 3 short business days. AND, his fees are SO reasonable! I'm so happy you shared him with me. LOL! :o)
I went to take my ld in the lakeside one on Friday as usually use Kg in London but was in a rush, when I spoke to him him worried me cause he was umming and arring (their new so only wanted them rubber soled!) so in the end I decided against it and took my babies home with me but def would like to find a local cobbler rather than driving into town.
I'd like to give a HUGE rave to santana creative. I just got back a pair of alta perlas I've never worn because the straps were too long. They fit like a dream and look amazing. I can finally wear them without thinking about my shoes falling off all night. You can't even tell they were altered.

Thank you! I was hoping to find someone in Vegas so I can wear whatever I purchase there out to the clubs; wouldn't want to subject the poor leather soles to those floors!
