Yes, I'm in San Francisco. When I was there yesterday, I saw the same scarf in the apricot/yellow CW. Good luck finding it. It's so much more beautiful in person.

Hi Ladies,
My SA called that my replacement Della C had come in so I picked it up yesterday. No holes upon careful inspection. Many of you asked for me to post a picture of it when I got it home so here are a few. View attachment 3996737View attachment 3996738 View attachment 3996739View attachment 3996740

Such gorgeous colors against your sweater!I haven't shown a recent buy, it's Au Coeur de la Vie 90cm in blue .
I'm becoming more at ease with wearing mousselines now I've settled into the 90cm size. Also liking the play of the chiffon against the mohair !
Thank you so much.Incredible colors, and you’ve tied it so beautifully! Congratulations!!

oh bunny - its just lovely.Ok- I've been trying to find some time to post this one after all the craziness of the scarfmania the past week. This came in just before we went out of town and just after I gave up finding another shawl I'd been hunting.
I had a mousseline plisse for a while, and while I liked the texture of it, I haven't really been able to make the plisse format work for me, so I let it go. But then I saw this shawl in a crinkle crepe mousseline and thought that if it worked out, then it might be amazing to have a similar texture to plisse, but bigger format and that would be a very cool thing and very nearly as special as La Rosee in its own right.
So I am very pleased that I was right! And without further ado let me present my NTM Toile Hermes in Rouge H (to go with my Bolide, of course!) which I think was designed by Sophie de Seynes.
The crinkle crepe is very light, does not slip around like regular mousseline and is very "fluffy". So if this is what un ironed mousseline does, well, it's not so bad! (This is one mousse I would never even hope to wash because I'd never be able to be sure the fabric would wrinkle back the way it is supposed to be.)

This is so stunning! I had no idea there was such a thing as a "plisse" mousseline. I love the ascot knot.
