Just wanna share with scarfies yet another crazy stage of my silk slope.
So, I have been thinking about this mousse for a looooong time, but couldn't decide because the colorway is so off my comfort zone. For mousselines, I often go for fresh and crisp colorways with great contrast. I don't do muddy in mousselines because it's difficult to see the details in one layer, let alone multiple layers once folded. So I thought I would pass on it, but it's stuck in my greedy mind until I gave in.
It's a stage where I like things that are not exactly my usual cup of tea. I think of it like a boy who is in love with a girl who is not pretty, because the girl is special and attractive to the boy's own eyes :giggles:. No rhymes or rhythms whatsoever.
So, here's my chartreuse/chocolate Axis Mundi mousseline in a colorway that I'm sure will make a lot of people yawn when looking at, but it has me melted. Something earthy about it...

Love that the pine leaves details shown nicely in this colorway.

Chestnutty Wow, I love this mousseline! Other than my blues, I love me some green and this is just so gorgeous! I think certain pieces just speak to us

MYH, ooooh I am so happy to see you posted more pics!! Do you know, when I first saw your photo of LMeV, I thought 'is there a Le Voyage de Pytheas mousse too?'! It reminds me of the inner map portion of my Pytheas so much!
