A question for mousseline owners: how do you store your mousses? In the box with a label? I have seen in other threads archival envelopes and scarf hangers for regular silks and gms. I am struggling to keep mine organized and identifiable.

Any insight?

I store my (3) mousselines in their original boxes. For reference, I also store my silk twills in their boxes with labels. I store the Cashmere Silk GMs on a hanger. I carefully fold them the same way and hang them with tissue under the hanger rung. I may not be the norm as I am exceedingly careful of my scarves.

On another note: I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of the mousseline etoles. The Boston store where I shop has not had any Fall 2013 etoles (Leclerc's design). Only one single Chase Inde came in a very neutral color which I was not interested in. It was very thin.

Thanks E - I decided to do the same too. They are very hard to fold on a hanger and seem like could so easily snag. Although I've had several cashmere shawls snag and no mousselines snag ever!

I'm waiting for the new Indes colors too!!

Regarding the above: I meant to reference that even Fall 2012 for last season's etoles have not come in. The etoles from Spring 2012 (a year ago) included a very sparse showing of Rose de Compass (Compass) that looked like easter egg colors.

My SA tells me that Hermes only has so much capacity and so it goes in drips and drabs for shipment. I am still committed though. I feel like I have to almost stalk to get this product.

Hi ladies! I received my Axis Mundis - colorways 08 and 10 - but am just now getting around to posting some photos... They are both beautiful but quite different. I originally chose the 08 to complement my Capucine SBII, although tied and from a distance it comes off rosier and less orange. I will include a closer view in order that you can better see how the colors translate. What are your thoughts on this cw?ImageUploadedByPurseForum1368420586.102422.jpg

And here is cw 10. At first I was unsure about it, but it's so beautiful in a really unusual way that it has really grown on me! I'm not sure how well it goes with my colouring, but it's really unlike anything else in my collection!

Hi bem,
I could see that both AM cw8 & 10 look very good on u. I especially love cw10. This is a rare color & not easily seen. U wear it well! But honestly, as a perfectionist, I will not pair my gorgeous capucine B with AM cw8. They are gorgeous in their own right but don't seem to generate sparks if worn together!

On a side note, I have decided to get a B in one of the red shades after seeing your stunning capucine B. I wonder what shade H would offer me a few months down the road!

Another vote to keep cw10. It's really unusual, looks great with your skin tone and has a quiet luxe quality on you. I agree with D Lee that the pinkish one looks great alone but doesn't generate sparks with your B. HTH

I have exactly the same two colorways, and I am so envious of how gorgeous cw10 looks on you! I love it for the same reasons you mention-- it's beautiful in an unusual way, and I don't have anything else like it-- but it really looks like it belongs on you.

I also love the fuschia on you, though! :smile1:
