cherry blossoms in all its splendor

Thought I'd like to share some of the pictures I took of the cherry blossoms in D.C. yesterday. Took them with my Panasonic DMC-FX 9 point and shoot. When you get a chance to go to D.C. don't miss this one. They're just awesome!

Aww... Spring.. It's autumn here and today we had just bleak weather. Wanna be where u are, oh but first I'd have to load up on hayfever tablets. I've been suffering allergy problems in the last couple of yrs:cry:.

I live in the D.C area for several years now. Really love it here. Every spring, I make my pilgrimage to the Tidal Basin to see the cherry blossoms. They're gorgeous!
