Does anyone know why this bag has been returned like 100 times lol? I find it rather pretty, but I’ve been experiencing an issue with my FP Bal where it smells so strongly of dryer sheets/deodorizer that I have to sell it. In the past my FP bags have had this smell, but they usually air out in about a week, this is going on over a month.

I was wondering if anyone bought this and experienced that issue?

curious if anyone here bought that Apple Green City from TRR this morning

I had it my cart and was almost done checking out but had 2nd thoughts after seeing the popped stitches & broken top. If it had been one of their $500 pricing I wouldn’t have thought 2x

the lack of mirror & these issues caused me to back out at the last minute. Someone else grabbed it right away

Okay how can this even happen, I had 20 minutes to complete the order, and they said it was a glitch with me adding it at the same time as someone else. The charge is a hold that will fall off, then they offered me $100 site credit to use for today, which is already a current promotion

this sounds like what happened to me when I was trying to buy the Violet City
I went back and forth with them for weeks -- the good news is, I did eventually get it (I know, not what you wanted to hear :hugs:)

It’s just so weird, I thought once it was in your cart it was saved (and charging my card, just realized I got no email receipt).

I guess everyone refreshing broke the system lol. Maybe it’s a sign I need to wait for my Mogano…I also was going to grab that Emerald weekender when it was 20%, but I was late to that party too. It’s definitely worth signing up for first look I’ve learned!

Also glad you got the violet city, I’d fight this if it was a grail bag for me, but after all my issues with FP, ban island sounds better right now than customer service wars ahah
