2007 had some of the best leather - this doesn’t look like Truffle at all IMO, but pics can be unintentionally deceiving.

I wonder if it’s the lighting, some of the corner panels of the leather look so so dark

@Deco I know you were talking about the dunked-in-a-vat-of-dye bags that claim a wee little "touch up" that have been popping up on VC; here's another. The whole bag (with the exception of the bizarrely warped mirror) has been repainted from Lagon, very obvious when you compare the leather of the mirror to the rest of the bag. How these sellers maintain it's just a "touch up" I have no idea. (And what does "It is normal for the edges inside the bag opening to be dyed red." mean??)

A couple times I saved cash register receipts of bag purchases in a pocket in the bag. Years later, when I pulled them out, they were faded so much you couldn't read anything on them.

It could just be uneven fading. I retract truffle, it could be a faded cafe.

I’m def no expert, but the few Truffles I’ve seen were much veinier… 🤷‍♀️
