I find it quite nice that they can communicate as such and Denise is taking good care of them.

Charlie Sheen just violated the gag order in his custody case in a spectacular way, calling the judge Mr. "I'm Italian judge anus-brain," and threatening him if his kids are hurt in the newest custody configuration.
It's something of an understatement to say Charlie is not pleased that the judge just made Brooke Mueller's brother Scott the temporary guardian of twins Bob and Max. The judge also allowed Scott and the kids to live with Brooke so they could be close to school. That effectively puts Brooke back in the position of having full custody while she tries to beat her latest drug abuse problem.
Charlie just tweeted, "So lemme see if I got this straight ... my twin boys are now in harm's way and in grave danger, being 'raised' by a gaggle of incompetent and lascivious marionettes all ruled and fooled by an Adderall snorting husk called Brooke."
Now it gets good ... "And guess what CPS and 'I'm Italian' judge anus-brain, you may have gagged me temporarily, but mark my unspoken words, anything happens to my boys, and you will get to know me, know who I truly am, a loving father."
He ends, "Tag -- I'm it."
The judge just hauled Charlie into court a few days ago, telling him he's going to jail if he violates the gag order again.
Charlie doesn't seem to care, saying, "*If this means being jailed for loving and trying to protect my children, then go for it."

Brooke Mueller loves her kids, but her feelings over custody seem to have a direct correlation to how much money she was getting from Charlie Sheen.
Here's what we know ....
-- Before Brooke lost custody of her kids, she was getting $55,000 a month from Charlie.
-- In May -- after DCFS removed twins Bob and Max from her house and gave them to Denise Richards under a guardianship -- Brooke fought tooth and nail to change the arrangement so that her brother Scott would get the kids. Sources familiar with the situation say Brooke wanted Scott because she'd be less likely to lose her child support if he had them.
-- In June, our sources say Brooke changed her tune with Denise, because there had been no movement to alter child support. We're told Brooke was downright cordial to Denise -- even grateful.
-- Everything changed in July, when Charlie filed legal docs to cut off Brooke's child support. Brooke was fighting Charlie, while Denise watched the kids.
-- In September, the family court judge cut Brooke's child support IN HALF. We're told the judge said Brooke could get the full amount back when she had the kids for a certain number of hours per week. Sources say that's when Brooke declared WAR on Denise, saying she was brainwashing the boys against her and scheming with Charlie to hurt her.
- In October, it got even worse as it became increasingly obvious the twins had deep psychological problems. Denise was advised to take the kids to a psychologist but Brooke blocked the move. Our sources say it seemed Brooke was afraid the shrink would blame the emotional problems on her, and she would not get increased visitation that would trigger full child support payments.

Charlie needs to STFU. The twins wouldn't be going through this if he and Brooke had their act together. I don't think it is best for the kids to go back to Brooke's home. I am still wondering where Charlie's family is.

I wonder if the Judge ordered Brooke and her brother to get the children evaluated.
All Denise wanted was some power to get these children help. Why didn't the Judge order it? The Judge seemed to prefer Denise over everyone else.

Pretty sure he can. I think it is strange it has not happened.
The brother has already asked for the 55k. Gee, shocking. I guess whomever is caring for them deserves the funds, but come on. These poor kids.
So Brooke gets about 27k per month in alimony and Scott wants the 55k per month for for the boys. (that's 82k a month). I thinks Charlie's an a$$hole but that's just extortion. He'd better learn to keep quiet about the judge because the judge an double or triple the monthly payments at will.

Brooke knows if she wants the $$ ( which is all she cares about) she better keep her mouth shut
If that the case, she should terminate her parental rights and get a big fat settlement from Charlie.
Charlie by the way is not even considered as a guardian and he is the biological father, so this got to show you the level that he is at.
And where are his kins?
I got that they do not want to associate with him but these kids are innocent( so far)
Even if they are Damian reincarnated, we do not see any of his siblings stepping up to the plate.
Martin is too old imo to start over but what about the rest of them?
So sad. All that wealth and no one to show them anything but crazy.
I fear for those two kids and the city of Los Angeles at large, if the situation is not remedied.
