But according to TMZ the 35-year-old skipped out on the facility this week after her 30-day treatment as she is satisfied with the detoxing phase of her recovery.
Sources told the website that she has now made her way to a centre in Orange County that is 'better suited' to her needs.
'She needs a different place to reboot so she can go back home and attempt to lead a clean and sober life,' the source said.
The move makes the third such location that Brooke has sought refuge in the last six months, which also included a quick stint at the UCLA Medical Center in Westwood, California.
While at the hospital she was put on an involuntary psychiatric hold and released for a few days before returning to finish up her treatment.
It has also looks like she will not be able to get her twins back when she does leave, as L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services have decided she is not fit to get them back in the foreseeable future.
According to TMZ a court fight is underway, with sources claiming she wants four-year-old Bob and Max, her children by ex-husband Charlie Sheen, back when she leaves rehab in around 60 days.
However officials are not convinced she she will be cured by then, as it is something she has claimed after each of the nearly two dozen times she has relapsed.
Her youngsters are currently under the temporary custody of Denise Richards, who has two daughters by their father, after a judge ruled she is the best person to take care of them.
And the social work department has filed legal papers in an attempt to block Brooke's attempts to get her children back when she comes back home.

Good he should cut her off. Why would he pay 55k a month in CHILD SUPPORT to someone who doesn't even have his kids. It's a shame she can't get her sh*t together. She has the ability to give those kids a great life. 55k a month?? She doesn't have to worry about working or anything.
