What bothers me most about this case is that Sheen still is the highest paid actor on TV and in spite of his LONG history of drugs, hookers and domestic violence, that does not seem to have changed. Meanwhile Tiger Woods loses endorsements and is being raked over the coals in the press. What's wrong with this picture?

Thank you, Roo. It really doesn't make sense. It is nothing but hypocrisy, plain and simple. among other things.

And I am in the same club with Print*Model. I don't think he's a good actor. Never have.

I really think thats all gonna change for Mr. Sheen. Especially if he ends up doing time.
I also think the difference here is that Charlie Sheen has never tried to hide the truth that he is a playboy, a drunk, a gambler, etc. Tiger on the other hand downright lied about who he really was.

Both need a truckload of help IMO.

California child services will be investigating to check on their children's situation. the combo of alleged domestic violence and alcohol use gets them involved.

How many times does Charlie go to court and promise it will never happen again? ITA with you, shoo. Both Charlie and Brooke need help and the willingness to change.

Both Charlie and Brooke need help and the willingness to change.

and thats why people like Charlie keep failing. That willingness to change isn't always sincere, they just "change" to avoid doing jail time but soon as probation is over (or even before in some cases) they are back at it.

If Tiger is in rehab, its great if he really means it. I think I would have had more respect for him if he got help before anything became public. Like David Duchovny did.

i had to think about this for a minute. i think the difference is that charlie sheen is KNOWN for being the bad guy. its no surprise to any of us that he is going through what hes going through right now. tiger on the other hand had the public persona of being an amazing athlete, adoring father, and faithful husband to a beautiful wife.

I agree. Charlie Sheen has been known to be a bad boy for a long time...frequenting prostitutes, doing drugs, etc. Whereas Tiger was the golden boy, seemingly wholesome and happily married. Advertisers got nervous when all these women came out of the woodwork.
I really don't see racism here.

That's what I think also, Sheen has always been known to be scum, this is not shocking news. Tiger on the other hand had this squeaky clean/good boy image and now we find out that he was very far from it, so, that is news, the Sheen thing really isn't.

Also, the Tiger thing was very public, there were 911 calls, a very public accident, bruises we could see, whatever happened in the Sheen home happened in private and we really haven't seen anything, it's more of a he said/she said thing.

I'm sorry, but what a destructive loser
I'm sure poor Brooke thought he was a changed man

Actor Charlie Sheen arrested in Colorado

ASPEN, Colo. – Charlie Sheen has been arrested in the Colorado resort town of Aspen on charges related to an alleged case of domestic violence.
Aspen police spokeswoman Stephanie Dasaro says Sheen was arrested Friday on charges of second-degree assault and menacing, both felonies, along with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.
Police say the alleged victim didn't have to be taken to the hospital. That person's name was not released.
Police say the 44-year-old actor will be held without bond in the Pitkin County Jail until his first court appearance. The court was closed for Christmas, and no date for his appearance has been set.

I can't say I'm suprised..

Another douche bag du jour! I was surprised at her history, I didn't know she had a "past".
Denise must feel a small amount of satisfaction that this has played out w/ another wife, sort of corroborates her claims.

What a loser.

Here it is:

She hardly has a clean past either:

Years before Brooke Mueller's Christmas 2009 incident with husband Charlie Sheen -- he faces up to eight years in prison for alleged assault -- the future celebrity wife was building a rap sheet of her own.

Are they headed for divorce? Look back on on 2009's biggest splits

Mueller, now 32, was arrested twice in the state of Florida, RadarOnline reports. In September 1996, she was cuffed for DUI and damage to property. She got into deeper trouble in March 2001, when she was arrested for cocaine possession -- a third-degree felony.

Look back on this previous Charlie Sheen scandal

In the aftermath of her Dec. 25 fight with Sheen (a sworn affidavit reveals that he threatened her with a knife), Mueller was spotted having a low-key celebration with friends at Aspen celeb hangout Caribou Club on Monday. Her twins with Sheen, Bob and Max (born earlier this year) were photographed in the care of a nanny earlier that day.

The ugliest family feuds ever

Meanwhile, Arnold Mordkin, the Pitkin County, Colorado District Attorney who may prosecute Sheen, tells UsMagazine.com the case is "going on the backburner" until a February court date.

Recap other shocking star stories from 2009

Mordkin tells Us that he has until Feb. 8 to decide whether or not to decide to file charges against Sheen. In the meantime, he plans to "carefully review" police reports, and may ask for additional investigative work before making his decision. As for reports that Mueller may not be cooperating with police, the District Attorney says the case could go forward with or without her. "In a domestic violence case, one does need to have the complaining witness to help out, so to speak," he explains, "but that can be acquired by a subpoena and testimony required."

What is her past? I was thinking the same thing...Denise MUST feel some satisfaction for sure. I lnow I would.
