Yes, they have the same agent. But Charlie is the one who's been longer with him. I think something like 12 years. Charlie's really loyal and told a cute story about his agent and him in one interview. He's the reason why he switched from WME to CAA. He wanted to keep him.
I thought so, I remember reading a short article way back about his agent specialising in masculine roles in the vein of Steve McQueen (the movie star) for his clients. They had listed SOA and one of Fassbender's projects (I think it was Jonah Hex before it was released) as projects spearheaded by his agent.
Considering Fassbender has done some quite risqué films that have been quite significant for Fassbender's career perhaps his agent thought 50 shades of grey had the potential to be something like that and presented it to Hunnam with that spin.
