I got this one too and agree - it's gorgeous!! Also may or may not be waiting for the denim one too hehe :graucho:

If you don't mind, would you be able to take a picture of the back as well? Asking since the one I received had misaligned stitching but it does seem common from other pics online.

Ugh that’s awful and I don’t like it. There are some things that I find very clunky about how Chanel does business. It really should be buy a bag and exchange for one that you love at any Chanel if you don’t like it especially with a global company. I don’t understand why their model isn’t more streamlined! Where is the money going?!

I’m really hoping this works out for you in the end. I hate that you have to try to figure out how to make this brand new bag look and act new. Yes, I get it, it’s the nature of the material. Lots of bags don’t look like that so give me (us) one that doesn’t lol. Some things like creasing and deep wrinkles naturally happen *over time*. There hasn’t been any time for nature to take course!

Yes, I bunched up a tunic style dress that's a bit too short for me (must have shrunk in the dryer, who knows!)...

It eased up the creases far more than even just laying it flat at the hotel.

ReSee sells pillows for Chanel Classic Handbags, however, I think an old t-shirt or two that are arranged in a specific way to minimize the creases would probably work better to be honest (cheaper too!). Avoid putting too many in case it stretches your bag too much, it should still be able close without any force... and definitely do this at your own risk, what worked for me may not work for you! :flowers:

i got a beautiful photo of my mini square but my SA kindly let me know it had a hole/Knick in it :shocked: so she confirmed I will be getting the next one coming in as they’ll send it for repairs. A bit sad but i will graciously accept the attention to detail and hope the next one is pristine. Here’s a photo of the caramel though I know others have shared. Fingers crossed all our caramels come in perfect condition and this was a fluke!

If shes not able to get a replacement, maybe you can have it sent to chanel and have them fix it before having them send it to you?

I bought a boy bag in Saint tropez and exchanged in New York without any issues.
