Yes, I bunched up a tunic style dress that's a bit too short for me (must have shrunk in the dryer, who knows!)...
It eased up the creases far more than even just laying it flat at the hotel.
ReSee sells pillows for Chanel Classic Handbags, however, I think an old t-shirt or two that are arranged in a specific way to minimize the creases would probably work better to be honest (cheaper too!). Avoid putting too many in case it stretches your bag too much, it should still be able close without any force... and definitely do this at your own risk, what worked for me may not work for you!
I looked into these pillows online among various brands and the markup on them compared to the cost of supplies and labor is CRAZY. I plan on making my own pillows as my mom has a sewing/embroidery room and she said these will be very simple to make. If I like the end product I want to offer some to my bag loving friends here! They would be free I would just need shipping. Stay tuned!!!
In complete agreement with Jimmyshoogirl! You seem like a sweet person who is too concerned about upsetting the SA. Don’t be so sweet to those who’d exploit it!. A good SA is one who understands that customer satisfaction comes before making a sale.thanks for the advice- i went to a boutique and the SA there told me its leather so they all have differences and that this is normal- she made a tissue paper pillow and said to keep it stuffed when stored- i have been doing that but i can still see the wrinkle badlybut because the SA told me this is normal i didnt know what else to say at the time. i think i will take it to a different boutique and talk to a different SA there..hopefully they will be willing to help me. im happy to wait for another one as long as its wrinkle free!

If you are unhappy with a product for any reason or have expressed any reservation about an item you are considering to purchase or had already purchased, a decent SA would let you know that it is absolutely fine for you to pass or return/ exchange the item for one you’re happy with. An excellent one will actually encourage that!.
My current SA (a keeper) would never try to convince or pressure me to purchase or keep an item that I am unhappy with for any real or perceived reason. Asides from expressing my reservations, I don’t have to do any convincing because she never challenges me on my standards. After all, return or exchange is within my rights.
Her instinct, whenever I had shown a reservation about any quality issues is to say: “let’s get you another one!, I want you to be completely happy with you purchase!”. Now why does she do that? Well, asides from being a decent human being, she’s not short-sighted; she values return business more than making a single sale.
We’re talking about a black classic flap here, the most produced classic flap of all times!, not some seasonal unicorn. Exchange the bag and possibly the SA too

Just bumping this...I think I read on another page/thread on here that the NH626 BLUE is only available in SMALL or JUMBO classic flap in the U.S?
But was still trying to confirm if that's also the case for the NH623 PURPLE classic flap in the U.S. too...ONLY AVAILABLE IN SMALL or JUMBO sizes?
And does anyone have pics of BOTH A SMALL vs M/L classic flaps ❤️
